Good value

This place is undergoing a renovation, we never heard any of it but you can tell its a work in progress. Breakfast did have great options and the rooms were clean. Now the level of workmanship with the renovation certainly shows that they've picked the cheapest company or they aren’t willing to pay for good work.

Bed needs to be replaced and its currently being remodeled so the fire alarm went off at 7:30am but it was a false alarm. The room was decently clean and overall it was quiet.

First room didn’t have working air conditioner. They quickly gave us another room. The shower curtain was dirty. The coffee pot in the room didn’t have the brewing basket. This hotel was conveniently located.

Spacious room and nice pool

The front desk person was hard to understand due to lack of good English spoken. The cleaning staff neglected to supply towels which we discovered in the morning - we had planned on showering before leaving but not towels altho there was bath soap, shampoo etc.. Renovating was in progress in some areas so elevator to upper floor rooms was not working. The breakfast area was not really inviting... needs updating.... the food offered was a bit below average. Would go again if the need arose.

Bed bugs and slow response

The hotel is being renovated which led me to be less fastidious about checking the room for bed bugs and now i have 7 ulcerated bites. The hotel has not responded to cover my medical costs or reimburse my stay or laundry services for our clothes and bags to avoid bringing bed bugs into our home.

Filthy Doghair Food Filth Everywhere

Room looked ok at first until our socks were coated in pet hair of which I was not aware we were in a pet room or I would have never booked it in the first place. The tub looked disgustingly filthy. The halls were filthy and someone had spilled dogfood everywhere. There were overflowing trash cans in the hallway.

Our first room was filthy.we had to change rooms. No more than 2 towels available for replacements ( three of us in a room). New room also had dirty linens. Wall unit kept tripping. Very disappointing accomodations.

The hotel accepted our reservation and then didn't have a room for us when we arrived 20 minutes later! There were 5 other customers in the lobby arguing with the hotel staff about failed air conditioning and other poor service conditions. Don't stay there.

we had a nice reception, check in was fast, good nights sleep. Did not try out the breakfast we headed out before it was ready. the TV did not work called it in but decided to cancel because we were very tired and went to sleep very early. reminded the front desk in the morning about the TV.

Area where rooms are is in the middle of updating/remodeling. Definitely need and loving the changes! Breakfast hot foods were not hot unfortunately. New coffee maker is nice but the coffee is extremely strong compared to the last time we stayed here. We enjoy staying here versus Bozeman as is not too far of a drive and is a beautiful location. Easy on and off I-90! Will definitely be back.

Recommend a different option

The gentleman that checked me in was pleasant enough, but English was not his first or primary language. Communication was challenging. I also saw him performing building maintenance tasks and working in the kitchen the next morning (10hrs later). On duty staff chose not to request outside assistance with a man & woman yelling at each other (& children yelling as well) for about 90min starting about 10:30pm. Then the woman yelling on a speakerphone call for another 30 min after that. All communication was not in English or Spanish.
