The Boca Raton has become a family favorite for our family of 5. We have stayed at the beach club, cloister and tower. With kids, the Tower is our favorite. The lazy river, pool, slides, and flow rider keep my kids busy and happy. They never want to leave!

THE BEST IN BOCA, PERIOD
I booked a single night at The Tower following my wedding at the venue The Addison. I'm practically disappointed that I couldn't spend more time enjoying all the amenities and just the overall atmosphere here. I could write a book of why The Tower is the cream of the crop in Boca. EVERYTHING was 10/10.

The property is fantastic but they definitely overbooked for the holiday weekend. The rooms, staff and food was 5 stars but the fact that you had to line up outside every morning at 8am to get a chair at the pool that isn’t even open until 9am is absurd. Especially when you have to stand outside in the sun with your kids every morning before coffee on vacation. Torture.

Fabulous service!
We stayed for our 15th anniversary and we knew that the resort was still partly under construction. The tower, where we stayed was PHENOMENAL! Absolutely perfect room and finishings. There was hair in the bathroom when we got there so that’s why it wasn’t scored perfectly. Food was EXCELLENT, and every employee was over and above for accommodating everything! The spa (outside) was lackluster and it looked amazing in pictures. But services were fantastic! Highly recommend!

Had a one week stay at the Boca Raton. Overall good with some exceptions, notably housekeeping and bellman. Housekeeping never came before 5 pm. Bellman and butler were largely unresponsive. In room dining was average in quality and overpriced. It aspires to greatness but isn’t quite there in terms of service. While the rooms have been updated in the tower the elevators are old and i need of replacement.

Had ridiculous problems with room service, housekeeping, valet, noise, rudeness and wet (mopped) floors that I slipped on with no warning signs. What’s worse is I’ve given them all this feedback multiple times and no response from the hotel. They don’t care.

We stayed here with our kids for the Beach and pool club; we stayed in the Tower and the rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the food was great for the kids. The kids loved taking the water shuttle over to the beach, and we rented an (expensive) cabana at the pool as we couldn’t get enough chairs all together. It would have been 5 stars had the weather cooperated, but in our two-night stay, we had 2 hours of sun and otherwise thunder/lightning and the pool club was closed, which meant we were only able to use the $700 cabana for 2 hours. We had also planned to do the lazy River and pool club the morning we were checking out, but the pool club only opened at 9 and by 9:05 it was closed due to lightning and torrential downpours, so we ended up just checking out early. When i mentioned our disappointment at checkout, the front desk didn’t really say much - understand the weather was out of their control, but disappointing nonetheless.
