Reklamation zu unserem Aufenthalt im Aregai Marina

Leider entsprach unser Erlebnis im Hotel Aregai Marina Hotels nicht unseren Erwartungen, die aufgrund Ihrer Werbung und bisherigen Standards gesetzt wurden. Erstens funktionierte das Internet während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht, was für uns aufgrund unserer beruflichen Verpflichtungen äußerst problematisch war. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden beim Personal wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Anfangs wurden technische Störungen angegeben, später wurden wir wegen der hohen Gästezahl immer wieder mit der Begründung "technische Störung" vertröstet. Unser Zimmer Zimmer wurde während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt. Trotz täglicher Anfragen blieben die grundlegenden Reinigungsdienste aus, was sowohl unhygienisch als auch enttäuschend war. Des Weiteren wurden unangekündigte Bauarbeiten rund um das Hotel durchgeführt. Der Hotelstrand war während des gesamten Aufenthalts aufgrund dieser Arbeiten nicht nutzbar. Ein vorheriger Hinweis auf diese Bauarbeiten während der Buchung hätte uns die Möglichkeit gegeben, ein anderes Hotel zu wählen. Schließlich war der Strand, einer der Hauptgründe für unsere Wahl dieses Hotels, durch Baggerarbeiten stark beeinträchtigt und nicht nutzbar. Dies war eine große Enttäuschung, da wir geplant hatten, dort unsere Freizeit zu verbringen. Außerdem fühlten wir uns im Zimmer etwas unwohl, da der Rahmen des Schlosszylinders, mit dem die Tür abgeschlossen wird, ausgerissen war. Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht so erfreulich

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento con camera da letto. Spazioso e confortevole. Silenzioso e con ampio terrazzo. Ammessi anche i nostri amici pelosi sia in hotel che nella parte di spiaggia dedicata. Peccato per la spiaggia perché l'accesso al mare non è agevole in quanto sassoso. Cmq una piacevole esperienza.

Lässiger Ort zum Entspannen

Sehr ruhig gelegen unterhalb der SS1, direkter Zugang zum Meer, sehr leicht zu erreichen, sehr guter COVID Standard. House keeping ist sehr gründlich und aufmerksam. Freundliches, geduldiges Personal. Zimmer & Balkon mit grandiosem Meerblick. Kein Schikimicky Hotel, sachlich, nüchtern & modern.

Wir (4köpfige Famile) hatten ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem sehr großen Balkon. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Anlage ist ebenso sehr gepflegt und schön. Der Strandzugang vom Hotel ist klein und sehr steinig, dennoch für einen kürzeren Verbleib mit der Beachbar in Ordnung. Der Vorteil von der Lage des Hotels sind die vielen Strände in der Nähe, wo wir ehrlich gesagt auch die meiste Zeit verbracht haben!

Wij verbleven hier voor 3 nachten. Het was over het algemeen een prettig en een aangenaam verblijf. Minpunten vonden wij : - het ontbijt : zeer karig en prijzig - het strand : je moet een hoop stenen overwinnen als je een frisse duik wilt nemen. Derhalve niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen mits waterschoenen. - uitzicht vanuit ons terras was recht op een bouwwerf.

Lækker strand lige ved hotellet. Dejligt roligt sted ved lystbådehavn. Parkering ud for hotellet. God, men alt for dyr morgenmad. Altan ud til gårdmiljø. Så intet privatliv og rungende larm fra naboer, selvom de ikke var højrøstet.

Une chambre familiale exiguë

Pour info, la chambre affichée a 55m2 n’en fait que 35 m2. Elle est nettoyée qu’une fois dans la semaine. A noter que la plage privée est à proximité d’un port de plaisance. Le personnel est aimable et professionnel. Le village de Santo Stefano est très sympathique à visiter tout comme la ville de San Remo à proximité.
