Nice room next to the traditional foods marke
I was bit worried about the cleaness after reading the reviews but my room was tidy and clean and there were good quality of disposable slippers so my foot didn't get dirty. There's a long spacious table and a comfortable chair which were great bonus.

The hotel room is value for money. The bed is comfortable. But the cleaning service has to be improved as the cleaner didn’t picked up the rubbish on the floor.

The Hotel is great, the Staff were very helpful. The location is not as convenient as the Hakata or Tenjin area, but it is good overall unless you need to take three suitcases to the airport via metro. We ended up catching a taxi.

The hotel room is very clean and looks new. The TV is also a new model, so it’s good. The water pressure in the bathroom is very good. I am very satisfied with it compared to other hotels in Fukuoka. It's a bit far from the city center, but I plan to stay at this hotel again when I come back.

Nice hotel. Stayed on the 2nd floor which is the same floor as laundry, so it was nice to be able to get laundry done. Have used combo washer/dryer in other hotels that were in the room and although it's nice to have it in your room, these units do not dry well. Better off to use the communal laundry room as they usually have seperate washer and dryer.

The hotel is very new and the room is smartly design, so you don’t feel squeezed. It’s located in the quieter area of Hakata but within walking distance to the center (15 minutes). A bus stop towards Hakata is just outside the hotel (3 stops ¥150). The subway station is 5 minutes away on foot. A small fish market is next door with a sushi restaurant (prepare to queue!). There’s a convenient store and a 24-hr gym right across the street.
