The place was well located, tidy and easy to check in. Tea, coffee and milk provided with daily cleaning if required. Unfortunately, I found the other guests to be quite noisy. Found it hard to sleep due to the noise of doors closing and loud conversations.

it’s a good stay if you’re able to get a deal on the price. nearby several bus/tram stations (about 20-30 minute ride into the center). beds were super uncomfortable and the walls between rooms are quite thin so a good nights sleep wasnt very possible. little interaction with staff but what we had was very pleasant. windows only open a crack so room can get pretty stuffy.

My family stayed for a night at this place. My kids loved how the single beds were properly spaced out and the spaces around coupled with the quietness of the neighbourhood . Cleanliness of the bathroom was top notch. We would surely visit again when next we are in Edinburgh.

Outdated place with blocked windows and hot rooms. One of the radiators were hot during night and we werent able to close the thermostat. By calling about it they said they will get someone to take a look at it. Then when we asked if it's fixed the lady decided not to call us anymore. Also when asked about late check-out, she also couldn't formulate an answer at all and was never heard since. Beds were ok, fridge was tiny and there barely was even running water from the water tap. Thin walls so you can hear your neighbors pretty easily.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The area is pretty safe. However, we could hear people from other rooms, but it wasn’t too loud. Shower instructions were also unclear, but we figured it out. The shower was nice though when we figured it out. Check in and check out process very straightforward and simple. Team also close by to go to downtown area. Overall, I highly recommend anyone visiting Edinburgh to stay here!
