Overall a nice hotel.

The stay was overall good. It was myself, my mom and daughter. The first night our room wasn’t ready with the 2 beds so we got a room with a king that we did not have to pay for which was nice. We did have a couple issues with switching rooms but the manager made it right for us. Location was amazing. Right at time square and was very safe area. Beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was too busy to try , no seating available.

Rooms are small but modern, sleek and very clean. Great use of the space. Nice big comfy bed. Clean and nice and quiet way up on the 36th floor. Roof top bar lounge is wonderful offering some nice views. Buffet breakfast was good and area was always kept clean. Staff are super friendly and amazing considering how many people are in the dining room at the same time.

Well Worth The Stay

The Hampton Inn is in a key location in the middle of everything. The check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. I had a room with double beds which was quite cozy. The roof top on the 38th floor was lovely. The breakfast was amazing and located on two floors.

Great location for anyone going to a Broadway show or to be near Times Square. Rooms are on the smaller size, but comfortable and the bathroom seemed to have been renovated recently. Appreciated getting breakfast. The only negative was the wait time for the elevators. Being on the 24th floor taking the stairs wasn't really an option.

The room was small, but good enough for a short stay. Despite being close to Times Square, surprisingly no noise in our room. Very clean and the staff was friendly. We had hoped to visit the roof top bar, but it didn’t open until 6 pm and we had Broadway tickets.
