Amazing staff and location!
The staff is incredibly friendly and super quick to communicate! Valentina was especially helpful. They were able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 is that they're still working out the kinks of a new business... We had multiple issues with our code, both during check-in and during our stay. The fan in the washroom was broken. I love a dog friendly hotel, but there was a ton of thick black dog hair from the previous guests that we were picking off of our stuff all weekend. Overall we will definitely stay here again - the location is excellent and the rooms are a great size, and again, we really appreciated the customer service.

Great place and great stay.
The place was very nice and accommodating on anything we asked for. Place is very clean and well maintained. We are always unsure of what type of bed we will get but this bed was very comfy. We stayed 5 nights and my only feedback would be I never saw a dish towel to dry washed dishes but not an issue if you use the dishwasher.

We did not know where to park when we arrived. If it wasn’t for seeing someone going into the parking garage, it would have taken a lot longer to figure it out. The initial code didn’t work for the gate which added to the confusion. A clearly marked Smithe parking garage sign would have helped
