Don’t expect much.
Said it had a pool online. Thankfully went and checked before changing into our suits and it was closed and filled with random stuff. No signs or anything. Person at check in was off talking on their phone and we had to call them to come up. Was polite while checking in though. In the room was ok. No trash bag in bin, couple hairs in the tub, but beds seemed ok which is the important thing.

Okay stay safe wish they had offer more.
Rented a 2 night stay with my family and the room was okay just the other service they were offering weren’t able to be used, like there Pool and jacuzzi were out of service when I told my family to bring pool clothes when we couldn’t use it, secondly on our second day there we had just came back from the mall and our room key was disabled and was not working so we had to walk all around the building to get in While it was freezing cold outside. Third they offer morning breakfast but it’s more like appetizers very limited on item choices.

I hope you were remodeling
Overall the room was clean but the showerhead was full of hardwater buildup and looked dirty. There was only 1 garbage can for the room. The outside of the window (on 1st floor room) had what I'll tell myself was smeared red lipstick the size of an adult hand. The employees were sprinting up and down the hallway on both 1st and 2nd floor from 9pm to about 2am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. Was not a secure building because side doors to the outside parking lot didn't lock or have any need for key card or key to get in.

Coraltel Eagan Stay
Stay was okay, room could have been a little cleaner, sticky residue on nightstand, bed and linen were comfortable. Had to ask for a tv remote. Check-in person was somewhat friendly. Some of the other hotel guest seemed marginal but at this price point it’s about what I would expect.

No the larger room i booked wirh couch and more floor space, bad breakfast, no vending, so loud at night almost till 1 am, one towel with some hair dye on it and i got carged 50 bucks and i stay a hotels very often and its never been an issue, i have red hair...

It is just alright
It was ok. The person that checked us in was great. The hot tub was on a timer that you had to struggle your way out and reset. This seriously needs to be moved so we don’t have to get all the way out of the tub. I liked it was wood floors. But they were slippery when wet. Like getting in and out of the hot tub to turn on the timer. Heard the people above us. There is a gap between the hallway door and room. Breakfast options toast and cold cereal only.

Don’t Waste Your Time
The property was under construction and they did not advertise that. Everything in the room was falling apart. The outlets didn’t work. They deactivate keys so you have to report to the office every 12 hours. The breakfast consisted of cereal and stale bread. I came out of my bathroom to a cockroach. I can say this is the worst hotel experience I’ve had

Location is great - right off of Hwy 35E - close to several stores & restaurants for convenience. Now the not so great stuff - hold onto your hat….the room we were given when we got there was NOT cleaned! Then that evening when we got back after our evening out - the room was somewhat clean the floor you could clearly tell had not been cleaned BUT the topper was when I turned the sheets back to get into bed for the night there was HAIR & FOOD in the bed ….. GROSS GROSS GROSS ….. not only is that gross it is totally wrong & unsanitary and against ALL HEALTH CODES ….. to be reusing sheets for the next guests the next day!!!!! I immediately marched up to the front desk and explained the situation to the guy there - which this was not an easy task either as he had very broken English! When he finally figured out what I was saying he said we could move to the room next door if we wanted - which we did do but needless to say we were still very uncomfortable!

Way too much construction and remodeling going on walking through hallways with carpet being ripped up broken tile, cardboard, and paper all over the ground because of painting going on it was a disaster. The shower and bathtub sucked. You can see light coming through the main door on the bottom Because it was wide open. Definitely would not stay there again.

It’s okay place to stay. A male employee came into our room without knocking while my wife was on the toilet in bathroom after checking in maybe 20 minutes after getting to the room. The bathroom and the entrance is right at each other. So if you do decide to stay make sure to lock the door.

Potential to be great but not there yet.
The staff were friendly. Location is good with lots of close restaurants and shopping. However, the whole place is undergoing renovation. Rooms are in transition. Potential of being good once the work is done. Bathroom was not in the greatest of condition but the furniture in the room was recently replaced. TV was upgraded to a smart TV but the remote didn't connect to it. Breakfast was underwhelming.

I'm going to preface this review indicating that they were doing some renovations. However these are the noteable things that stood out for me with this visit. - tub/shower drain was clogged and drained reallllllly slowly - sink plunger didn't work..couldn't open / close plug - insecure wifi network - key card demagnatized after 1 day..instead of going out for the day and returning directly to our room, I had to go to the front desk and get my card reset..this happened 2 days in a row. - there were no phones in the room to call front desk -tvs were equipped with Firesticks (which was nice) but there was no remote for it and they were locked down so we couldnt log into our own Amazon prime accounts so we couldnt even watch movies in the evenings - lastly when we left for the day we put out the door sign that said "please service this room" because we needed a quick clean and towel-swap... when we got back later in the day our room was undisturbed..this also happened two days in a row. When we needed to talk to anyone at the front desk..they were helpful and friendly. Hopefully this place has an improved experience after they complete some renovations and get some processes in place..but it was an overall meh experience for my family
