Receptionist very helpful but we were disappointed that the room didn't have an information pack in it. We had to go to ask reception separately about pool times, breakfast times etc. and we didn't see a wi-fi password at all. The room was hot but it was in a heatwave - a fan would have helped but not expected. Cleaning staff friendly and did a good job.

Trouville hotel
Me and my partner had booked the standard double room for our stay for our night out last minute 2 more friends wanted to join us so we asked the reception to change to a family room they were very reliable friendly and welconing they swapped our rooms over with ease with of course an excess charge as standard but other than that very plesant stay in our family room will definitely returning for our next night out

I had to wait a good 10 to 15 minutes at reception before anybody seen me in the room there was no welcome back to tell you about the facilities and there were crumbs all over the settee in the room. The TV was only satisfactory. It could do with updating, but the room was serviced every day.

Trouville hotel-Bit tired
Decoration Tired needs an update. Wouldnt cook poached, boiled or scrambled egg so only fried eggs for breakfast or nothing. Poor choice of breakfast. Floor boards creaked badly throughout hotel so not a peaceful night. Waited over an hour for an extra pillow. Staff pleasant enough

Seen better days
It's clear from when you arrive this use to be an impressive hotel but the years have not been kind and it is showing cracks due to its age and lack of maintenance
The room overall was clean though grubby (carpets and sofa) and in poor condition
Bed was comfortable but the pillows were like disorganised popcorn and the room was about as hot as you can get without being lethal so overall not a place you are going to get a good night's sleep
Location was very good and quite central to a lot of the the amenities in Bournemouth including the pier
The leisure facilities were best forgotten about as they are not much to mention....a tiny pool and a barely warm sauna
Staff were helpful (they dealt with a noise complaint we have with the adjacent room) and the breakfast was overall quite nice especially the hash browns

Nowhere in your advertising did you mention that it was on a steep hill? The room hadn’t been cleaned. The furnishings were outdated. There were burn marks on the carpet and the curtains. I was unable to use the wardrobes as they smelt awful. It would’ve been nice to have had a choice of milk for the tea coffee facilities as opposed to the UHT milk that’s provided. So I had to go and buy my own semi skimmed milk for my drinks. I was very disappointed

Friendly Hotel close to Seafront and shops
This Hotel is basic but the Staff were friendly and very helpful. Any problems over breakfast time with items running out were sorted straight away. More Staff at Breakfast time over the weekend would have helped with tables being cleared and keeping on top of food items needing replacing but staff worked hard to keep up with demand. Its in a great position for town, just a 5 minute walk and same for seafront. We stayed as going to BIC which is 2 mins down the road.

Slow service to replenish breakfast items
Hotel needs to improve in the restaurant as on 1st day lots of items ran out such as bread, sausages, hash brown, mushrooms, and coffee machine not working, took ages to replenish.
Poor service and only 1 member of staff trying to cope with it all, which wasn't on
