Magical place, excellent service.
A warm welcome at our late night entrance set the tone for the rest of this luxurious all inclusive accommodation. Restaurant staff, eco tour guides were all personable and knowledgeable. Hotel location just outside the boundaries of Torres de Paine national park allows majestic view of the Torres across El Sarmiento lake from all of the rooms.

The stay was a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Torres Del Paine. The manager was very attentive and took great care in watching out for all the guests.
