Older but well maintained hotel. Extremely quiet. Easy to park and great access to town and the university. Staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Is hotel was great. It was centrally located and very clean. We brought our dog with us.So we were in the dog friendly part of the hotel which seemed to be newly renovated. I would definitely recommend this place. The price was right and it was a great place to crash for a couple of nights

Older hotel but recent spruce up. Felt very clean. Super friendly staff.

Asim, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Disappointed to find out there was no continental breakfast served in the summer (the website did not indicate that). The room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Very well taken care of. The only issue was the bathtub didn't drain and the tub filled up with water during showers, but the water pressure was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
Shauna, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room was clean and serviced promptly, a little let down that they advertised breakfast but once we got there they had a sign that said “No Continental Breakfast”. Parking was difficult, Spaces too close together and packed at night. We were visiting WSU and this hotel is extremely close, within walking distance. For that reason, I gave an extra star.
Nikohl, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The rooms felt really clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower and bathroom felt “newer” remodeled and the shower pressure was strong which we liked. Building is older, but felt quaint. Staff is awesome and friendly! They also own the restaurant next door — and the food is great! Very convenient location at the opposite end of Stadium way. Quick walk to downtown and campus.

Decent, reasonably priced Pullman hotel

This was my first stay at the Pullman Garden Inn. People need to understand that hotels in Pullman are not necessarily like hotels in major cities. There are a limited number, and on parents, graduation and other event weekends unless you want to pay $600-$700 a night to stay at the Marriott, the smaller independent hotels are going to be your best options. That said, many of the hotels are older but the locals have done a great job maintaining and making them the best of what they are. And keeping the prices in the $200-$300 per night range on big event weekends. The gal that checked me in was super friendly, so sweet and very helpful. Again, the building is older. Some of the entrances are outside and the upstairs level on one side is an interior entrance. The room itself was older, but very clean. I did have to turn my mini fridge on, but it wasn’t hard to flip the switch. The room was a decent size and the bedding was very nice. The bed was not the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, but it was the worst by any means either. The TV had options for you to log into streaming services which was nice. All in all, for what Pullman has to offer and the price point on event weekends, I would stay here again if needed. Oh, there is also a test right next door. I didn’t eat there, but very convenient. And the location is right at the base of campus (south side), so easy to walk on to campus if you want.

Terrific staff. Very clean rooms. Great Korean and Japanese restaurant nextdoor.
John, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The Garden Inn is an older building. The carpets in the hallways are musty & doors are a bit rickety. The rooms do not have dead bolts & didn’t feel super secure, but area didn’t feel unsafe. Rooms had TVs but no service, not even local stations… Luggage racks in rooms would have been helpful. Pillows were TERRIBLE! Other bedding was good.
Heather, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Definitely on the low end place to stay for Pullman.
Pablo, 2-night trip

Room was wide open when we got there cause it smells of smoke and we had to park 3 blocks away when we got back that night

Doors do not lock properly. Deadbolt is there, but does not bolt into anything. The doors were hung in a way that does not match up with the frame. Only the handle locks. Front desk personnel very nice (David?)

Would stay again

The room was very comfortable. Recently redone. Nice and clean. The management was very nice. The breakfast was good but limited.
