Der Service und das Verhalten einiger Mitarbeiter war richtig schlecht. Kaum englische Verständigung möglich. Durch den Mundschutz wegen des Coronaviruses kaum zu verstehen. Nur ein Grinsen auf diverse Anfragen als Antwort ist nicht akzeptabel. Die Mitarbeiterin im Restaurant war während der zweistündigen "Happy Hour" nur einmal am Tisch. Die Speisekarte hat sie gar nicht gebracht. Empfangsmitarbeiter gehen nicht auf Kundenanfragen ein, obwohl kaum Gäste im Hotel waren. Zimmer mit Blick auf den See sind geräumig. Es gibt aber auch diverse Zimmer, welche nur Ausblick auf den Gang der davorliegenden Zimmerreihe haben. Die Wasserbungalows haben von Aussen den Charme der 60er Jahre. Das Frühstücksbuffet war akzeptabel. Alles in Allem überteuert und überbewertet.

The hotel's facilities, breakfast, staff, service - excellent. They upgraded our room, decorated it for our anniversary. The breakfast is rich and tasty, the swimming pool is great, the room - beautiful and spacious. What else can one wish for a lovely vacation.It is situated right next to the lake - lovely view. この価格でこの施設とスタッフのホスピタリテーにはとても満足しました。高台の部屋を予約していましたが、当日50ドルでアップグレードを提案してもらい、湖の一番前のヴィラに変更しました。素敵なお部屋で良かったです。気温はそれなりに高かったのですが、プールの水が凍えるほど寒かったです。あとは、バスタブが2人で余裕では入れるほど大きいのですが、お湯がなかなか溜まらず途中でお湯切れを起こし水になってしまい、そこはちょっと難点でした。

great location, got an upgraded from lake view room to Villa. nice services, you can easily join the tour from hotel to visit the town by boat, there's a port in the hotel and the breakfast is extremely perfect! by the way you can get a cheaper taxi to airport in a store which in front of the hotel.

Wir haben nur 3 Nächte übernachtet aber es war alles perfekt. Super freundliches Personal und perfekter Service. Das Zimmer und Bad waren riesengross das Bett ein Traum. Auch das Frühstück und Abendbuffet waren lecker. Die Preise für Verpflegung waren für Myanmar zwar etwas hoch aber bei diesem perfekten Service zahlt man das gern. Abends geniesst man einen wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang am Pool. Wären gern noch länger geblieben.

Très bel emplacement. Les villas deluxe vue lac sont superbes, très grandes, avec terrasse et une vue imprenable sur le lac. Restaurant sunset pas terrible , très peu de choix à la carte et très bruyant. Restaurant buffet international variable, plus ou moins bon selon les soirs. Petit déjeuner excellent.

Great view of the lake, villa is spacious and very comfortable. Staff is friend and they are willing to try their best to satisfy the customers. e.g. my friend and I wanted fries as a snack as we were not hungry but it wasn't on the menu. the staff in-charge went to check with the kitchen chef and we got our fries. Great customer service. Suggest to enjoy the sunset view during happy hours and take a boat tour organised bythe hotel as it is convenient and affordable.

Beautiful property. The rooms are tastefully decorated. They have a cultural show on Friday nights and we enjoyed that. Breakfast had good varieties, but their buffet dinner was just ok. The hotel is a little far from the main town but still a good location with easy access to the lake.

They do well considering the location and difficulty of some supplies and the remoteness. Staff try hard but communication was difficult most of the time. Water pressure very low meant the flush didn’t always work. Hope we’re very good when we had a sick child though and arranged for a doctor. Lovely lake side bar/restaurant.
