Excelente local, infra estrutura para adultos excelente. Fomos em all inclusive e fomos surpresos pela qualidade da comida (bebidas nao inclusas). Piscinas adultos e infantis enormes com spa e ofuro para adultos. Porem a parte infantil encontrava-se sem manutencao, aparentando abandonada. Esse foi nosso unico lamento. Funcionarios cordiais e atenciosos. Voltaremos com certeza caso a parte infantil seja rejuvenescida.

Já foi bom
Caiu muito. Estive nesse hotel há alguns meses e correu tudo ótimo. Já nessa estadia o total descaso e grosseria do staff chamou a atenção não apenas minha mas a de muitos hóspedes, pois sempre que ia na recepção havia alguém reclamando de algo. Para começar, na reserva solicitei que meu quarto ficasse próximo à sede, pois em minha última estadia me colocaram no chalé mais longe de todos, e era necessário andar muito para chegar lá. Para minha surpresa eu estava no PENÚLTIMO. Pedi pra trocar, pois eu era umas das primeiras do checkin, disseram que não era possível pois as datas de entrada e saída dos demais quartos eram diferentes. Detalhe: era um checkin na sexta e um checkout no domingo. Acredito que mais da metade do hotel estava nessas mesmas datas, inclusive um casal que estava conosco e cujo quarto era mais perto que o meu, sem que eles tivessem feito qualquer solicitação. Após muito suplicar, me colocaram num quarto mediano, nem perto nem tão longe da sede, mas atrasaram meu checkin em 1 hora pois devia ser uma mudança dificílima. Mais tarde pedi um prato é uma faca pra corta um queijo que havia levado e me fizeram assinar uma comanda, sob a alegação que muitos hóspedes roubavam essas peças. Com as taças de vinho foi a mesma coisa, sendo que as taças que nos deram eram minúsculas, de vinho do Porto. Isto fora toda a grosseria do staff no geral me fazem não querer voltar ao Bomtempo. Estrutura boa, hotel bonito, mas staff mau humorado, inflexível e um total descaso.

O lugar é lindo ! Perfeito para quem quer descansar porém senti falta de atividades extras pois só tem piscina e quadra de esportes para diversão . O restaurante não gostei pois é terceirizado e muito caro para o pouco que oferece , podia colocar uma música ao vivo pois a noite o hotel é morto . Outra coisa o café da manhã é bem fraco

Me despeço com a certeza de que voltarei. Lugar lindo, limpo, aconchegante, agradável, funcionários são maravilhosos. Café da manhã perfeito, recolocaram os ítens que acabavam rapidamente, tudo fresquinho, gostoso e bastante variedades. A estrada pra chegar até a unidade é meio ruim, estreita e mão dupla, sem iluminação, mas mesmo assim eu super indico o hotel Se vc estiver em buscar de recarregar as energias é esse o lugar. Ah o restaurante deles também é excelente, comemos um contra filé argentino, com arroz a piamontese, com batatas assadas que estava delicioso, preço justo.

Hotel muito ruim. Quarto péssimo. Tinha frestas na porta de entrada que entrava muita claridade. No teto, havia uma outra fresta que se a luz do quarto ao lado estivesse acesa, clareava todo quarto parecendo uma fita de Led acesa. Atrapalha o sono. Iluminação do quarto horrível. Sem acústica nenhuma. As camas não tem cabeceira. É colchão encostado na parede de tijolinho. Pedi para arrumarem o quarto as 10h da manhã. Quando era 16h, ainda não havia sido arrumado. Acabei desistindo. As toalhas de banho pareciam mais toalhas de rosto. Pedi para reporem água e não tinha. Tive que comprar. O restaurante a comida que pedimos veio totalmente sem tempero. Não gostamos. O atendimento até que era bom. A localização do hotel é o pior. Muito longe, do centro de Itaipava e a estrada é péssima. Para quem procura equipe de recreação, não se enganem, pois não tem. O café da manhã é aceitável. Em resumo: o preço é barato, mas pelo que oferece, tinha que ser mais barato ainda. Ainda bem que minha estadia eram de duas noites pois se fosse mais, sairia antes do hotel.

Já tinha ficado nesse hotel há muitos anos. De lá pra cá houveram poucos investimentos e a estrutura tá antiga, mas o ponto fraco no meu entender é o acesso, muito longe da estrada principal e passando por lugares que dão certo receio, principalmente a noite. Tem uma otima estrutura pro tênis com 3 quadras de saibro, sendo uma coberta e professor que pode ser contatado.
