Oceano Palace Beach Resort - All Inclusive

The hotel was packed and there was not enough employees for so many people. The rroms were old and the beds not so comfortable. I opened the glass shower door and it broke in pieces. I'm just glad the kids were not the ones in the shower when it happened

La avitavion muy fea,el menu muy malo la atencion mala todo muy medido y de baja calidad en los productos la verdad para ser un hotel de prestijio mundial deja mucho que decear mucha y cabr mencionar que no pague por el servicio 3 pesos

Not clean and warm at the reception and around bar

For the price it's alright. Reported no water for toilet nobody ever showed up. Parking is awful security wants money to allow you to park if not they send you far away

It was good but not amazing! I really didn’t like the food out there and drinks weren’t strong. But what I did like was that you can eat or use the pool at all 4 hotels that are connected. I would definitely go back to Mazatlán but Stay in a different Hotel

Do not stay here!!!! Worst customer service & it’s filthy!!!! Check in was at 3 & the room wasn’t ready till 3:30. You’re not staying in this hotel they have 3 and they put you were they want. The food is Disgusting! Like really bad! The room I got was filthy and unsanitary! I recommend you pick another hotel!

I wasn’t able to check in until 7:30 when it clearly says check in at 3pm. The last day I was there the water was disconnected so we had no running water.

No Hot water! Whenever we realized it, we immediately went to the let the people in the front desk know. Nothing was done. We reported it 3 times to different people and it never got resolved! The food was horrible! The snack bar was not even open. The service was mediocre. I don’t recommend it at all. I have paid the same amount for other beach destinations in Mexico and have received way better service. This is expensive for bad service and hotel. I will never go back!
