Terrible customer service, pack your patience because you will be standing in line for everything for a long period of time. The registration line was to the hotel front door, the baggage check-in had a line plus a $6 per bag fee which is ridiculous, long lines waiting for a table for breakfast, and forget about Starbucks, the line was super long. The room smelled liked body odor, the bathroom toilet was broken, and the air condition didn't work after waiting to check-in 2.5 hours after check-in. Finally was moved into a new room an hour later, due to "lack of inventory" per the hotel. The busiest time of the year and the customer service was terrible, lack of help, totally disorganized reception, and the baggage check guy was beyond rude. This hotel needs definite customer service training and management training on how to care for visitors and staff. NEVER AGAIN at this Sheraton.
