Fantastic central location, friendly staff, lovely spa and leisure facilities. The very best in Stockholm for luxury.

The hotel facilities and location were excellent but what made it were the staff and their amazing service. We have mobility issues and they went the extra mile.

My stay at Grand Hotel Stockholm was amazing. Smooth Check-in, lovely and spacious room (junior suite). In these times I felt very safe staying here. Both common areas and room was very clean and it never felt over crowded in the spa, restaurant or bar. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay.

As always very friendly, attentive and professional staff and welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful and traditional hotel with a lot of history, but keeping rooms and amenities up to date and very comfortable.

Amazing hotel and people. i want to share 2 experiences. 1- the first room they gave us was very small didnt look like the images so we were disappointed but when we told them they gladly showed us 2 better rooms and they changed it. and when ever we needed something like water or heater they provided with a smile. 2. after we left hotel and on our way to airport they called us bec they found our mobile left in the lobby. we came back and took it. this is what i call an amazing service

Great location and staff. The pool is not for swimming laps, but that is the only thing negative thing i can think off. Will be back!

Great location. Lovely staff. Make sure you ask for a refurbished room as the old rooms are really tired and dated and beds uncomfortably old

We had a very nice stay. Our room was very far from the main lobby. Every day I had to phone to ask for extra facecloths, hand towels, and bath mat. They should have remembered that I needed them.
