Manager gave me a quiet room in the corner at the top floor upon request. Took awhile for the water to get hot in shower. Tub had cigarette burn marks. Has community microwaves on each floor. View was of a school bus graveyard. But overall, no issues, bed was comfortable and I really wanted peace and quiet and got it.

Worst room ever.
We left Florida ahead of hurricane Milton so we did not arrive until after 3 in the morning. My elderly mother was very tired as was I and we were looking forward to getting some sleep. We had been in the road for around 10 hours. When we opened the door to our room the smell was overwhelming. The heat was on and it smelled like mildew. We found the carpet was wet by the bed and in front of the bathroom. The bathroom floor was soaking wet. There was a dehumidifier on the floor but it was not on. When I went to ask to change rooms I was told there was none. I was too tired to drive any further so we stayed. The sheets did not seem very clean on the beds. My mother and I did not get much sleep because of the lingering smell. The breakfast was not that great either. The doughnuts and mini muffins did not taste fresh. The apple juice tasted like water with a hint of apple. It was also messy by the waffle making station and there was no syrup. There was no one at the desk when we left to complain too. The room should have never been available. The person who checked us in seemed surprised that the floor was wet. I find it hard to believe that they did not know the condition of the room.

Checking in was so unwelcoming and unprofessional. When I checked into my room, I realize the room was not cleaned at all, used towels on the floor, used sheets on the bed. I called lobby and I asked for a new room. It took so long for them to give me a new room, but they gave me a room. But even clean room they say was a dirty room. I would never ever stay here again.

Twice i waited for 15 mins at the desk no service, checking in and checking out, then I was charged additional monies beside just the fees taken for room through the app, and this tally sheet has nothing to do with The App, and is in addition to what was charged through App. So I received no discounts and in fact was charged double! How is that? If I had knew prior I would not have paid and wasted the other additional monie to be here at that location

The property is advertised as having a pool and fitness center both of which were not accessible. The pool is currently green and slimy. The microwave i received was falling apart. The free hot breakfast was very limited. One morning there were no fruits. I received no bath towels at first. The room constantly smelled like smoke even though the property is advertised as smoke free.

I contacted this property multiple times making them aware that my plane was delayed over 6 hours and asked if my reservation was still ok (I fully paid in advance) and they reassured me that the reservation and room was still ok and that they would hold it for me. Once I arrived to the hotel, they said that I was unable to check in and would have to lose my reservation and they could not refund me or anything. The desk person was extremely rude and refused to allow me to talk to the person and kept pointing to a sign with a phone number to call for complaints. I then had to make a completely new (in addition to the) reservation with that hotel in order to stay there. Which due to the last minute the rate was double what I had originally paid completely for. We also had to uber to the hotel because the hotel did not have a shuttle running. They did not have the pool open. We looked over to where it was, and it was completely empty (minus rainwater) and the pool itself looked like it hadn't been maintained in a very long time. The first time using the toilet it overflowed and had water all over the bathroom and started to go into the room before we quickly threw towels on the floor and called the front desk. The room had very little lights leaving the room extremely dim and hard to do much in. The breakfast was extremely limited and what was there was not good or fresh at all.

This property needs to be closed down, we had to change rooms twice due to the rooms condition then just ended up going to another clean, sanitary hotel of which I didn’t have to clean. The hotel rooms are not cleaned the bed sheets had stains on them liked as if the sheets wasn’t washed. Now I’m working on getting my money back please don’t go here , this hotel needs to be closed down, there giving choice hotels a bad rep.
