Lovely spot, would return again.

The hotel is very nice, with a terrific location. Fairly quiet, in a residential area, but close to a commercial street and the Earls Court tube station. The staff are very good - courteous, friendly, efficient. My only misgivings, which we overcame, was the lack on information on how to use the shower and the coffee maker.

Very happy with this hotel

Stayed for four nights at The Resident on a long awaited trip to London with my son. I had booked a room with a bunk bed and was a little disappointed at first when entering the room as it was quite small and narrow and it was located on the lower ground level with patio doors and a tiny outside seating area facing a wall and looking up towards a construction site. But we soon really liked our room and found it very cozy. The room was quiet and super clean and the beds were very comfy! Great bathroom and shower. Staff was very kind and helpful. And the area was wonderful! Close to Earl’s court station and perfect when arriving from Heathrow. Would love to stay there again!

Perfect location for seeing the sights in London

Comfortable and clean room. I did hear the people above me a lot as they walked around the room, but I think that is hard to avoid given that hotels are in older buildings. But, if you are a light sleeper something to keep in mind. Otherwise staff were friendly and room was as expected based on the hotels.com listing. Very handy having my own little kitchenette to store drinks, snacks and meals. Great location as less than 5 minute walk to Earl's Court station which provides direct service to Heathrow on the Piccadilly line and direct service to Westminster/Buckingham Palace/Tower of London areas on district line. Also, walkable to a small grocery store, shops and plenty of food places.

A lovely hotel for a couples break. Small, friendly, and in a quiet neighbourhood but convenient for Earl's court tube station. The staff make you feel welcome and are friendly, the rooms are spotless and comfortable. The small kitchenette in the room is a USP of the resident and a nice touch
Chris, 1-night trip

Really lovely location, excellent customer service and brilliant room. Every single staff member was really helpful. Room was large, bright, bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a welcome addition. Short walk to Earls Court Tube is a bonus.
Rima, 2-night trip

The room was very cozy, and we liked that there was a little kitchen, which was very helpful for the dishes. Also we loved the warm towel rail in the bath! It is located near underground, Earl's Court station; 5 minutes by walk.

Nice big room for a London hotel, excellent shower and bathroom facilities, big comfortable king bed. Very friendly staff.
Nooriel, 5-night trip

A surprisingly great little hotel.

What a great little hotel. I didn't have high expectations because the price was so reasonable for central London. My room was a small double - but plenty large enough for me as a solo traveller - very well-equipped with a spacious bathroom, and a little cupboard containing a a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery and crockery. Hopefully I will be back with my wife to visit again.
Richard, 1-night trip
