I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience my family and guests had at your hotel. I had arranged for them to stay at your establishment, but unfortunately, their experience fell far below expectations.

When they inquired about switching rooms, they were informed that no alternatives were available. Additionally, I was surprised to see that the front desk staff were dressed in casual street clothes, which did not convey a professional image. I believe that having staff wear uniforms or name tags would enhance the overall guest experience and convey a sense of professionalism.
Given these circumstances, my family ultimately had to vacate your hotel and find accommodations at the Embassy Suites. While I understand that hotels can be fully booked, the absence of a proactive approach to addressing the situation was disheartening.
