Great value and clean rooms
The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is beautiful amd the rooms were very clean. The amenities were fairly basic, but we knew this when booking and was perfect for our needs. The hotel was wll placed Between the Castle and the Stadium and a short walk from the train stations. The breakfast was enjoyable and fresh and all this with what i felt was great pricing for what we received and experienced.

A wonderful hotel to stay in Cardiff at any time, but particularly for a Six Nations rugby weekend. It was comparatively good value and a truly enjoyable experience. Only negative was the inability of the bar staff to efficiently dispense drinks; Hotel lost huge revenue in the 2 to 3 hours prior to the game

Lovely hotel but tired looking. Room very hot & I don’t think one thing matched in the bathroom however bed was really comfy & staff friendly. For what we paid in Central Cardiff it did the job but definitely not a luxury hotel if that’s what you’re after.
