after booking and paying for my stay online, through expedia we arrived at the property after 3 hours of traveling to find there was no room. we are now 3 days on and ive still not been refunded. i spoke to expedia for 3 hours on the night to try and find more accommodation, which they and the hotel failed to do as it was 11pm on a saturday night. expedias service has been disgraceful, they left us on the street and offered us a $125 voucher. they charged £40 to ring my friends phone and never stated he would be charged. we spent at least £50 traveling to hotels only for them to be full or shut. first time booking with expedia, never again!!!!
