When we first arrived, expecting to do self check in, we learned that the Kiosk stations were out of order and we couldn’t even use the mobile app on our cell phones. We stood on a short line and was held by the customer service desk staff who were friendly and professional. We were not impressed with the first impression of our room as it was very small and basic. The view was horrible, parallel to another building, or the other side of the building. However, the room was clean. It had one queen size bed, two small end, tables a desk that was set up as a coffee station. However, the chair fabric to the desk was filthy. The bathroom was very small with a shower.. but it was clean. I was disappointed that the room did not have a mini refrigerator and a microwave yet it did have a safe and iron and an iron board plus a TV. We also received breakfast vouchers to bond 45 and which we found that the staff there were rude and the breakfast was disgusting. Overall it wasn’t the worst hotel stay that I have ever had but far from the best and it was expensive for one night it was $373. I can’t say that I would stay here again, nor would I discourage anyone else from staying here, but I’m not necessarily recommending them either.
