DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomfield Hills Detroit

I called the day of my reservation because I was going to arrive after 12 am and I wanted to notify the front desk. When I called the front desk line and navigated the menus to sleak to a person at the front desk, it rang 4 times and instantly hung up. I called the number 5 times, each time... same result. I couldn't get any answers until I called the line to make a reservation. The phone agent helped me but I was still left upset about being ignored by the front desk. They will talk to you if they think you are buying something but if you already have bought something, they aren't interested in helping.

Everything was wonderful just didn’t have a microwave in the room but other then that really nothing to complain about wonderful cleanliness hotel comfortable stay quiet hotel

Room was comfortable and super clean. A few loud folks in the hallways but that happens everywhere. I will return.

Beautiful property, professional and excellent customer service at check-in. Clean, modern room with high end finishes and bedding. No issues with the stay. We would come back and stay here again anytime travel sports bring us to the area.

It was nice but I couldn’t help feeling like I got catfished by the pictures just a bit. Still clean and comfy though.

I had a humming noise in my room that was kind of hard to ignore, I had to sleep with the tv on,Which is something I typically don’t do. The bathroom and bed were comfortable and clean. I just wish the deli was open and that I could’ve slept more comfortable.

The Double Tree was an amazing place to stay as far as looks and comfortability. My phone didn't work in the room I was in so I was offered another room. My room was nicer than any of the ones I was offered so I stayed in the room with no reception and the New Year came in with me in lobby fully dressed trying to return calls and messages. Nothing was open due to COVID and they didn't even have the bon fire pits up . Not the best visit at all.

The room's are comfortable if there is one suggestion that you would consider that is touchless water faucets.

It was very clean, and smelled great!! The stuff was very friendly. Front desk was great as well, my wife and I will stay there again!!

I stayed in a room with a balcony, and upon entering the hotel I was amazed with the decor! Everything looked modern, clean, and beautiful in pictures. The room itself was spacious with a bright bathroom and walk in shower. There are so many areas to sit and relax in this hotel, and the Christmas music and decorations made it feel very welcoming and light. Even with Covid restrictions, you can expect to find a quiet area up or downstairs to lounge in. The staff was absolutely lovely, I can't say enough good things about this place. I will be back!
