The staff was very helpful and welcoming the only issue I had was with the breakfast i ordered the classic breakfast, the member of staff that was serving mentioned to a customer that they didn't have any hash browns and he had put an extra sausage on his meal to complement there was no hash browns, they should have offered all customer's the same as everyone is a paying customer, the night staff was very helpful

Needs a revamp

Very dated and the decor was crumbling, big patches of paint and plaster falling off the walls, the carpets dirty and had rolls where they didnt fit properly. The whole place smelt really musky and damp. The toilet roll holder was falling off, there was black mould round the seal of the bath. The room was dusty on all the fittings although the dresser had been wiped. Finally the kitchen was closed so the included breakfast didnt exist, no partial refund offered but in truth after checking and seeing the room we wouldn't have eaten there anyway.

Could do better

Car park full. Wifi didn't work. Poor service. Black mould in bathroom and poor service. Paint coming away from walks due to Dami on stairs

Lovely hotel.

Very easy to check in. Hotel room was comfortable. Beds were so comfortable, had a beautiful nights sleep. Staff very friendly. Once in the room i forgot that it was a pub downstairs i couldn't hear anything. Very happy with my stay

One night in Milford

Everything was ok but the place is in need of some investment. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast room not very inviting and little selection of continental items. Room had a great view over the marina and considering it is close to the road very little road noise. However the fire door in the corridor just outside the room always slammed shut so late night arrivals and early leavers resulted in a poor nights sleep. The hotel is well situated in Milford and stands well on the street.

Overall good but no hot water on one of the days as others have said in their review. No change of towels or replacement of hot drink even though we asked for them.
