Horrible service. Worst trip ever
Suite I reserved 4 months in advance was not ready upon arrival. Had to stay out 1st night in a tiny queen bed room. Was told our room would be ready by 11 am. At 4:30 it was finally ready. We requested a bellman to help move rooms, telling them we had show tickets at 5:30. No one ever came to help us move!

Not a fan!
Front desk offered to upgrade our room to a room with coffee maker, safe and mini fridge for $80 for the week (that stuff should be included in every room anyway). We agreed to the fee. Got to the room that was supposed to have these upgrades, no coffee maker. Called the front desk. They said we would need to upgrade again to get a coffee maker. Finally said they would get us a room with a coffee maker at no additional charge. However they took us from a central nice room to an old crappy room with a loud wall heater and blood on the floors. Next morning when we noticed the blood they sent housekeeping boss to check our story and got us another room. This room was nicer and centrally located but a bit smaller. But it was clean and acceptable. You could hear all the hall way noise. Starbucks was closed over half our stay. Water was turned off half a day during our stay. We were never offered any compensation for all our troubles! We asked to speak to a manager when we called about the blood but were not given one. The time share people kept saying let me give you a free welcome gift-they need to change their wording. That was deceitful. I was here for a big meaningful celebration and the hotel was a huge letdown!

Nice hotel far away from most things, the hotel had many construction projects going on, hotel restaurants food was horrible. Cleanliness was good oh and 24hour McDonald’s on site was good for late night eatery.

Avoid this property I'd you need accessibility.
They need training in understanding what seniors with mobility issues need as well as training in what their rooms have or do not have. Accessibility is the very lowest priority from my recent experience. I regret choosing this hotel and would not recommend it ever.

Noisy neighbors
It was great but we had to call the front desk twice due to noisy/drunk people sharing a wall. Once at midnight, and again at 3am. Noise finally stopped at 4am, so I slept about an hour before my 6am meeting the next day.

Parking is not included and the renovated rooms are still out sated. Rooms do not have irons and room service never took us the iron we asked for. The TV did not work our entire stay and our room was never cleaned while we were there.

Not sure about this place anymore
The room had some damage to it and the elevator buttons on the floor we were on didnt work half the time, there was a bad elevator button in the parking garage as well. This is my second time staying here, the first time was a great experience, this last time not as much, front desk check in service the person that helped me didnt seem to understand what I was trying to do, so I talked to the lady at the self help and she was amazing, helped us beyond and above
