The location of the hotel it is good, but... All the common areas are dirty, especially bathrooms of the swimming pool, elevators, and all the crystals in the doors. Cause nausea to touch them!
You charge a resort fee, but 2 days you do not have beach towels!
For the room water was not restocked every day, at least you ask specifically for that; the same for Kleenex, toilet tissue, cups, etc.
There are no service for the beach, you are not able to ask for beverage and food when you are there, instead, you have to walk until the bar, and wait there 15 minutes for your order. We are unsatisfied with this "resort fee", it really don´t offers or gives any service for this, just the right to have chairs and umbrella for the beach.
If you want to have breakfast, the place in self it is not nice, and people on charge acts like angered with you, besides price it is not competitive compare with other options outside.
In general, your employees (except for the good guy that made our check in) are always mad, acts like if they where doing you a favor!!!!!! It not pleasant for you as guest.
We have been your guest about 5 consecutively years, and sadly, we see that your change of owner, instead of improve the hotel, everything got worse.
