This boutique hotel is amazing. I have traveled all over the world in all kinds of hotels and this one stands out by the attention to details, the elegance and peacefulness of it all.

Very expensive more than you get in return.... prices way higher the the quality of the hotel.... avoid unless you don’t care about what you get for your money

We loved our 3 nite stay in this gorgeous hotel. Our suite was spacious and beautiful with a huge balcony overlooking the pools and Saigon River. We spent many hours enjoying the warm nights watching the boats and beautiful skyline. The bed/bedding was super comfortable making for excellent sleep. We asked for ice and they kindly brought a small ice chest filled with ice, since there is just a “chiller” in the room. The staff are all lovely and very accommodating, the phone system wasn’t working so the operator sent a waiter to take our room service order. The hotel works with an awesome tour company, we liked them so much we scheduled 2days of touring. One afternoon after our city tour we lounged by the pool with cocktails and appetizers- plus a lovely breeze. We hated to leave with enjoyed Mia Saigon so much, definitely 5 star accommodations and service!

They made our engagement weekend really wonderful. The room was incredible, the staff was very attentive, the food was excellent.

Great spa and restaurants. My wife wasnt really happy with her therapist but mine was absolutely amazing. Best place to relax in a peaceful way. Unlike other hotels in HCMC, you can't feel the vibe of night life. So I'd recommend couples or families to visit here.

The environment and service are great, but the check out process take incredibly long.....doesnt make any sense.

I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel only had one of the two restaurants open. The one that was open was out of multiple things on the menu during dinner. Also, the breakfast buffet was not properly stocked. I could not order room service and had to go to the restaurant to order my food for delivery to my room.Lastly, I could clearly hear the people in the next room. This was not the service level I expect from a 5 star hotel
