I’m so happy and pleased that I picked this hotel! I needed some special accommodations on my visit and Michelle at the front desk went above and beyond to meet everyone of those. She always greeted me with a smile and made sure my stay was perfect. The evening hostess was such a pleasure as well. I believe her name was Chinise. Most hotels offer the same things, so it’s the employees that really set of the experience for me. From my experience with Michelle and Chinise, the clean rooms, and the great rates, I’ve found my hotel for future trips! Oh and this was in a PERFECT location!

Great place to stay to catch a Braves game.

The service was amazing!!! Everyone was so friendly!!! Very clean. Exercise room better than you'd expect at a hotel. Some of the room furnishings were a little dated and breakfast offerings were disappointing. Will definitely stay here again.

Making a switch to Sonesta

I relied on reviews when I chose Sonesta which is why I am offering mine. Cynthia at the front desk was warm and friendly but also sensitive to my needs. Without my knowledge she placed me in a handicap room. I’m 71 and the self open/close door with the additional hand bars and seat in the tub were an added plus. The table on wheels under the counter table was another feature that served me well. I was able to move it anywhere I needed it. I have a trip scheduled for Puerto Rico next month but Sonesta has not reached that island yet. This is my hotel of choice now.

Terrible Pet fee.

They hotel is fine. Ehat I did not know was there was a $125 pet fee. That was never explained and RIDICULOUS. You have the nerve to call this "pet friendly"? I should have been told. Further, there should be a tiered system. Our dog is 10yrs. ols, and is a well trained, quiet NON-SHEDDING dog. There are existing criteria based fees dealing with snub nosed dogs, etc. and the fee should be based on similar criteria. I understand that the system would be hard to implement, hope after check-out the room should be graded on housekeepers' time. If there are no messes, and no shedding hair, you should pay less. The bottom line is that the fee was never broached in the reservation phase of booking. I would certainly not have chosen this place had I been arare of the fee.

Parking/Room service

Only down fall is parking and room service. I stayed for about two weeks no one came to clean my room but I did get clean towels when requested. Parking is tight limited places after 10pm if you have a hi top van or lifted truck you out of luck only five spaces to park. after parking walk through the parking garage to the elevator that takes you to the lobby go through the lobby to another elevator in order to get to your room. The headache to only get changed $9 a day for parking. But besides that all was well

No luggage racks in the room, so I immediately asked for two. It took four days to get one. We requested a room cleaning on our 4th day, and that didn't happen either. We generally like Sonesta's, but this one was disappointing.

Looks can be decieving...

Upon arrival, we were pleased to see the hotel and surrounding area were clean and well kept. A very friendly and helpful staff, a spacious room, and a fairly quiet location. Initially, the room was very clean. After a day there, we learned that the housekeeping does not clean the rooms daily. They will clean it after 3 nights, if you need service sooner you have to call a day ahead and request it. The breakfast definitely left a lot to be desired. It was basically non-existent, and what little there was you had to pay for. I've had better breakfast for free from much cheaper hotels.
