This property was very dark and run down— stained carpet, peeling floors and wallpaper, etc. The pool was closed, and the only ice maker was broken. The staff was indifferent and provided no apologies or reason. The free breakfast was not good either. Canned fruit. No eggs, yogurt, or individual serving milks. I don’t usually walk away from free food, but I took the coffee and left. There was a rainstorm during our stay, and I heard another guest say she had a horrible leak in her room. Fortunately we were on the second floor of three, but our room smelled strongly of mold/mildew even before the storm. I was really disappointed in this hotel and expect more from a Marriott.
