What a great find! This was a wonderful stay - the staff was very welcoming and attentive, the room was a good size and very comfortable with good amenities provided. My favourite London small hotel.

I stay here regularly, always a great welcome. Staff are excellent. Hotel is in a quiet residential area roughly halfway between Paddington station and Bayswater High Street. Plenty of evening options in both directions. Rooms are great, small bar works perfectly, food is good and free breakfasts are lovely.
