Located in peaceful seaside Village of Zaton Mali, right in the middle of Zaton Bay and only 15 minute's drive from Dubrovnik Villa represents great choice for travelers looking for a relaxing holiday in the vicinity of Dubrovnik.Villa consists of 3 separate apartments.Ground floor apartment consist of entrance hall, bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed for 2, well equipped kitchen with dining table which opens onto a back terrace furnished with an outside dining table.From the pool area, external staircase leads up to the first floor which consist of one studio apartment and another 1-bedroom apartment. Studio is equipped with kitchen, dining table, queen size bed sitting area with sofa bed for 1 quest, balcony and bathroom with shower. 1-bedroom apartment consist of open plan kitchen with dining table and living room with sofa bed for 2 guests, balcony bathroom with shower and  bedroom with queen size bed.Amenities include: AC, Cable TV, Free WiFi, Private swimming pool, Balcony, Terrace, Private parking, Washing machine, Iron and ironing board, Hair dryer,  Full Kitchen.Zaton is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Dubrovnik. The whole area is perfect for swimming since it is located in a closed bay. In Zaton there are several beaches, both sandy/pebbly and rocky. If you are a family with young children then it is better to choose a sandy/pebbly beach. Your little ones will be able to play in the shallows, or learn to swim in the tranquil sea without fear that anything might happen to them. After swimming, you can go to one of the nearby restaurants at the well-known seafood specialties.
