Indoor pool was amazing! We had so much fun but bring your own towel if possible. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Room service was a 90 minute wait and you can’t order food to go by calling the Cafe - you have to physically go down there, order, and wait. Generally not an issue but I have a toddler. The server and hostess were awesome. Overall, I would stay again just for the pool access.

Overall it was very good. Disappointments were; smell of cigarette smoke through out main floor, Steak House and Sports Bar were closed Sun- Weds. Valets were prompt and courteous, counter staff were excellent

Stay was good but a refrigerator and a microwave is needed for that room. The TV is very old, 10 years at least, they need to update those things

The bell desk and front desk were excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good. WE will book with them again!!

Wonderful staff, but they are not informed or empowered by management. For example, to figure out how to use the WiFi, you have to go back to the front desk and wait in line for another ten minutes; nobody else there is entrusted with that information. The checkout time isn't posted, so yet again, you have to ask. The restaurant's offerings were quite greasy, and the lighting, which was poor, dramatically changed in intensity every few seconds, and nobody there seemed to know why. The parking lot was extremely well lit; maybe those folks could help out. The cigarette smoke from somewhere has infiltrated the entire building. The advertised price sounds good, but their add-ons (things like a workout room, which are not optional) double the price that you see on hotels.com. How can such a place get the hot and cold faucets mixed up? I could go on and on, but in short, it is just not a happy place. In the future, I'll go back to Circus Circus.
