Hotel Benelux

I would return to Aachen just to stay at this hotel. The hotel feels like you are staying at a family member's house--cozy and comfortable. Great light, double-paned windows to keep the noise out; fluffy towels. It smells clean and everything is very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. There is an amazing outdoor rooftop garden seating area where you can relax and the fitness center is amazing--fully equipped with everything you need for a real workout!! It is a 10 minute walk from the station, conveniently located to everything, AND, the breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel in very convenient location. Good breakfast. Clean & comfortable.

Friendly service. Arrived in morning but greeted by staff and given access to the secure parking (good value at only €8 per night), also had the option to store bags until room ready. The hotel is a few minutes walk from centre, ie Dom and shopping. Room comfortable and spacious. Breakfast quality with freindly service.Breakfast room was nicely decorated and colour coordinated as was the room. Only negative in our room was poor wifi access. Management is going to address this problem with contractors.

Simple but great breakfast

It was torturous three nights. The room was incredibly hot and sticky. There was no air condition. The day time sun heated up the room. Even open window, the room air was not flowing. Outside noise became annoying when opened the window. Staff rent me a fan. I was very glad to have checked out. The hotel is supposed to be a 3 star. I don’t know why this hotel have such good reviews. On positive side, the breakfast was served at the table, and not a buffet as advertised. Besides the breakfast room was in fact air conditioned. Also staff was nice.

Classic hotel, with breakfast, and wifi. Location is good enough, quite comfy. The view was not good. Not on a high floor. though the bathroom didn't have door's lock

Bom hotel, atendimento excelente, mas no verão os quartos são bem quentes, especialmente aqueles voltados para o jardim interno, que é lindo e bastante agradável em qualquer horário do dia. Os quartos voltados para a rua são mais frescos, mas bastante barulhentos se deixar a janela aberta para ventilar, o que era uma necessidade no verão europeu. Café da manhã excelente e o atendimento muito cordial. Ponto fraco é a internet que nas 2 semanas que ficamos em viagem a trabalho não funcionou direito e atrapalhou MUITO a viagem.

Nah zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, besser geht es nicht.
