Nice new clean apartment. Good location just across the street from a lovely park on the beach.

This condominium is a la excellent destiny for vacations; it’s very clean and neat. It’s in a very convenience location, the beach just crossing the street is very nice and easy for water sports. Highly recommended!!

It seemed like a brand new super clean apartment that had everything we needed! Anything else we needed was 2 minutes away from being brought up for us... It was one of the most pleasant time we had spent in a while! Kudos to all the staffs and management ツ

The location is great close to the water and all amenities. The building is very new and clean. Unfortunately the occupants one floor above us have children and they are jumping and running around early At 06:00 in the morning. The management have no control because most occupants are full time residents.

The accommodation was modern and clean. It had a kitchen that everything that we needed. It was was located directly across the street from a beautiful beach. We had a deck facing the water. There was a few eateries in the building. The beach was sandy with lots of shady areas. We had a great vacation!

Really good location right across from the beach! Its also walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores and other amenities As it's not a hotel, the response is slower (it took a long time to get a plunger when our toilet plugged), but very nice and new building and laundry and kitchen supplies were great. Don't take the 3rd floor as patio opens to common area (which has bbqs for all to use and a great view) We'll be asking for 4th floor and.up next time to get privacy on patio

Location ideal close beach, restaurants, bars. Activities.

This is a nice sandy beach across. Apartment is new with fully equiped kitchen. Groceries and restaurants in a walking proximity

We had paid for a partial view of the lake but were placed in the back with views of wires. We changed rooms the next day (very inconvenient)to an upgrade with full lake view. On a very busy loud street with construction going on in park. This is a residential building with dogs and way to many kids. For 2 days one of the 2 elevators were broken when we had to switch rooms so we used the stairs. Nothing provided in the condos such as Kleenex, hangers, dish soap, coffee maker, paper towel, Vey noisy from up stairs, you could hear thumps every time someone walked. Way to many kids allowed. People were smoking on balconies. Very hard to contact someone in charge as there is not front desk. We just kept being told THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. We paid over $280 a night, not worth it. Will go to a hotel next time with proper amenities.

The management was amazing and super accommodating great service and safe and secure feeling while entering and exiting
