1. I asked for a room on the 1st floor because I was traveling with an elderly woman. I was told they had no rooms available on the 1st floor.
Get inside the room and it had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, towels on the floor etc. I go tell the person at the front desk and the response was, "really?". He then gave me another room located ON THE 1ST FLOOR....
2. We were there for 3 nights and every night we returned our key card would not work.
3. The fridge did not work and housekeeping left food in the microwave from the folks that were there before is.
4. All these issues and not once did anyone apologize for the terrible service.
I didn't think to take pics of the first room. I didn't find the issues with the fridge and microwave until the night before we were leaving.
To be fair, the room itself was descent, but the customer service experience was absolutely terrible!!!
