Nope.
Dingy dark room, kitchen ceiling light didn’t work. Microwave didn’t work. I called to have someone check for the microwave and they sent security to verify it wasn’t working. Said it’d be fixed the next morning. We left for the day and it was still not working when we got back in the late afternoon. I called the front desk again and they sent someone up. I guess he just moved it out and saw it was unplugged. He plugged it back in and we had a microwave. Why was it unplugged in the first place?!
The bed was super sunk in on the side closest to the bedside table. Had to sleep on the opposite side of the bed. No plug ins close to the bed aside from one usb plug in on the alarm clock.
The tub faucet was leaky and drippy and we could hear it.
Housekeeping doesn’t even try to be considerate. Rather than leaving the cart in the doorway so the door doesn’t have to keep slamming, all you hear are slamming doors. Might as well not even put the no wake magnet on.
And then, I left for the store and my daughter smelled very strong weed odors. And if you’re coming in at check in time, you won’t find a parking spot. They do not have enough spaces for all the rooms they have. People have to park in no parking spots (like blocking a walkway or in the handicap loading spot, and in front of a hydrant).
I have wintered in the keys for 15 years, but have never needed my daughter to stay anywhere else, but this year I did, and I am so embarrassed. I would never recommend this place.
