Relaxing in the hotel garden
We enjoyed our stay a lot at the Senna Hue Hotel. Especially the garden is so wonderful, like an oasis. Location is brilliant, the staff super friendly and the condition of the hotel very good. We would stay again if f we are back in Hue

Just had 3 nights here, great location with lots of bars, coffee shops and restaurants within a very short walk. Close to the market, just have to cross the bridge. Very clean room, spacious bathroom, good WiFi and an excellent breakfast.

Nice hotel with small inconveniences
I tried to arrange hotel to provide pick-up upon our arrival at Danang airport. The message wasn’t replied at all. Nice big hotel room with separate living room and sleeping room. Great service crew . The hot water temperature are inconsistent. The water can be warm and very quickly become scalding hot. Bathroom drainage design didn’t prevent waste water from flowing out of the shower room. I slipped and hurt my arm. Location is good.

Picked this hotel for its location, easy walk to the river and Citadel, also close (but not too close to be disturbed) to the lively beer street area with its wide choice of bars and restaurants. Accommodation and garden/ pool area very good, staff attentive, friendly and helpful.

Wonderful staff, always available to provide what you need to be comfortable. Clean, quiet rooms and refreshing pool. Breakfast buffet is good and we took a break from Asian food and ordered hamburgers one night. I'm from the US and have eaten quite a few hamburgers in my life and these burgers were awesome. Very surprising.

Great hotel, great location!
Wonderful hotel in the heart of Hue. Very spacious, immaculately clean, and airy. We loved the modern decor. The river and citadel are an easy walk and the hotel staff are very helpful at arranging other activities, drivers, etc. The spa is also wonderful - had an amazing massage there - and the breakfast buffet is huge.

Excellent hotel marred by unpleasant check in and check out at the front desk. First we were shown a dark and dingy room with no balcony and had to demand the room we had booked. They wanted more money for it until we showed them our original booking. On check out the young lady demanded a review on a form she pushed in front of us, and then told us to wait while our room was inspected. We found this rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff were pleasant and overall the hotel is very nice.

Sejour correct sans plus
Accueil correct mais sans plus, en comparaison avec d'autres hôtels au Vietnam Grande chambre, très bien decorée et propre. Bémols : pas de pression d'eau dans la douche et très très mauvaise insonorisation, du bruit quasiment en continu toute la nuit (et pourtant nous avions pris une chambre donnant sur le jardin) Petit déjeuner : correct mais sans plus. Il y a du choix mais la nourriture fait très industrielle (sèche, avec peu de goût). Nous avons eu bien mieux dans d'autres hôtels au Vietnam Séjour globalement correct mais il existe beaucoup mieux ailleurs pour le même prix
