It was fine- not great, not terrible
I will start off by saying we were charged an extensive amount extra as all hotels were upcharging due to Taylor Swift. We knew this when we booked, so we ate the cost. But the problem was when our room wasnt ready and the hotel staff was not communicating with us about when our room would be ready. This normally wouldnt bother me so much, but paying 800% more for a hotel room means the service and experience should have been exceptional and it was unfortunately not the case. The plug in our room had to be rigged to even be able to have my hot tools plugged in. The room was slightly run down. Overall, I have had much better stays in North Vancouver. Although the service at the restaurant was superb and the food was quite good.
