The positives first:
-all staff was very friendly and helpful
-breakfast was pretty good and since they had the sweetened condensed milk out, we were able to make delicious Vietnamese style coffee
-rooms were comfortable, large and pretty clean
-the pool looks nice but water was too cold to swim, would be perfect if it was heated
The bad:
-there is construction across the street on the water view side so it was very loud early in the morning. We could also hear our neighbors across the hall go in/out of their room late at night. They were not being loud but the rooms are definitely nowhere near soundproof so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
-it is walking distance to some restaurants but kind of far from other things
