Hyatt Place Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation

Breakfast was ok but be on time or its packed up and gone for another day. Second day had to ask housekeeper to freshen room (as she had skipped up) - she did the beds but put no soaps, kleenex and cut back on the towels???

Great breakfast, and friendly staff. Im staying again definetly!!!!

Nice hotel, beds, location, breakfast and overall service. Other than the small bathroom and no in room microwave, everything was good. Enjoyed our stay.

Have stayed at the Hyatt Place Plantation on 3 or 4 separate occasions. I'm a repeat customer because this hotel meets all of my local needs when visiting family in the immediate area.

This hotel does not live up to the chain reputation. Booked a king suite arrived and had to wait while they tried to explain to people in front of us that all kings were sold out. When I spoke to reception she just processed as normal, I asked what kind of room she said a double, I said I had book a king and showed her, she then admitted the hotel had no kings available. This was at 6 PM, however she tried to explain that there were late check outs, which made no sense at this time of day. She said the manager would contact us and reward us for taking the double this never happened. If the hotel had been clean and exceptional we would have accepted this but everything was marginal, including breakfast. Would not book this hotel ever again and suggest others not.
