Nightmare in Da Lat
We have very bad experience with the booking as when we reach the hotel, we will told that they did not receive our booking from Hotel.com and did not honor us the room. We have to pay to the hotel in cash for another booking. As we book for 3 room for 3 nights and they only have 2 nights for us. The first night was ok and was told to check out on the 2nd day as they will upgrade us to a superior room. Surprising when we came back and was told that we will giving only 2 room for us to share among 8 adults (male and female) that we objected.it. At last, they offer us a room in another hotel. As it late night therefore, we accept the offer. Even every night, there is many tourists came to check in and was told that the hotel did not receive their booking and was turn away. Just to alert all who book online beware of the situation we have faced. Now we are requesting for a refund, and we worried it may be a fraud cause.
