I booked this reservation for my niece and her family in Dubai. So on the web, it says that the check in is at 3pm, they’ve arrived at 4 pm and was told that the room wasn’t ready and that the check in really is at 4pm. They did not get to the room until 5pm. Also, I paid for breakfast, but they were told they did not have free breakfast. Tried calling the front desk , first it was just ringing, but the web says it’s supposed to be 24 hours. Did I mentioned that I was calling from the US , the 2nd time I called , I was told to call at 8:3am and called the 3rd time and asked to call back at 9:00. I am a member of the Holiday Inn and always been happy with them. There’s no need to purchase breakfast because it always comes free. Maybe only in the states and not in UAE. Also maybe because I booked it in Expedia. Overall the place is very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. The front desk staff though were very polite. Tried calling Expedia and was on hold forever. I gave up and just sent money to my niece so they don have to pay for breakfast. The stay was supposed to be a present for her kids for Eid.
