Good overall
Hotel was good overall for a stay for football game. Hotel is older and it shows wear. Only complaint was breakfast on Monday was stopped 20 min before advertised time. Food was already being put away and not available for guests.

Not a real Springhill
This room should not have been labeled a Spring Hill Suties. It was obviously a older hotel that was needing renovation. I've only stayed at a Springhill about a half dozen times and I keep going back because of the new stylish rooms. If we wouldn't have arrived so late we would have not checked in. The lady at the front desk and all the staff were great, but still wasn't enough to ever return here...

The room had a mold smell about it. Also I am disappointed that I was charged a different rate for the 2nd nights stay and to top it, I wasn't able to claim my Marriott Points for this stay.

Walking distance to Football, Baseball & 6 Flags
I guess for me, the air conditioner was just adequate. Needed some servicing. Other than that, there wasn't one thing that stood out. Overall considering the proximity to all the venues, there must be a lot of people staying there and they have managed to maintain a nice clean hotel. The staff were great and attentive, although very busy with a full house. I would stay there again without question.

terrible experience
horrible, we reserved the hotel room 2 weeks in advance. when we arrived to check in, they didn't have anymore rooms available. they tried relocating us to another hotel 45 mins away. terrible, just terrible
