I originally booked a King bed room from Hotels.com. When I arrived and checked in, I found that was a double bed room type. I asked the front desk if I could change it to a king bed room in the same room type, and the answer was yes. , but when I went to the counter to ask again the next day, the front desk told me that the hotel only guaranteed the same room type, and the bed configuration was random, which was obviously different from what I asked about the day before. I had to pay an extra fee to upgrade to a room with a king bed,so I disappointed with this handling
The hotel room is obviously older, and there is a bad smell in the air. The carpet in the room is not comfortable. There are many choices for breakfast. There is a shopping mall downstairs to improve the convenience of accommodation.
