The location is excellent, making it a convenient and enjoyable place for a family staycation. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great, especially for the kids—they had a wonderful time. However, the service desk seemed quite busy during our stay. There was a long queue, and it was difficult to reach them by phone as calls went unanswered. The breakfast and club lounge is very good. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, but service responsiveness could be improved.

Great central location, right near bus and train stations but we used taxi a lot as was a quicker option in a lot of cases for us. The kids loved cooking off in the pool after our adventures out.
