Really nice and trendy hotel. Service was absolutely top. Social hour in the bar was really good every day. I would go again and recommend anytime to stay here. Hotel is right in the middle of town located on the street with good restaurants

Exceptional customer service
Customer service was fantastic, extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Only feedback would be that we weren’t sure the bedding was hypoallergenic (which it said on the booking). Otherwise no complaints!

Lovely stay
Lovely hotel, very clean, relaxed and really enjoyed social hour. Had an issue at check in but the manager quickly rectified this to our satisfaction.

Outstanding Hotel with Amazing Service
From arrival to leaving the service from staff was outstanding nothing was an issue. We decided to stay an extra night and the Hotel Manager sorted a seamless transfer for us with a lovely note and bottle of wine. The tuck box is a nice treat. The Spa treatment (hot stone massage) was one of the best i have ever had. Dinner in Baba was a lovely treat and the food cooked to perfection. We will be returning to Edinburgh and this has now become our hotel of choice whilst in this magical city.
