We didn’t know about the hidden fees

A nice hotel, will stay there again. The only thing was that I was told the dishes in the dishwasher were clean, but the dishwasher was loaded with dirty dishes. I went down and got some dishwasher detergent and ran them, but it was still disgusting!

Service was great. No issue getting extra towels. Room was semi clean.

This hotel had great reviews, but let me tell you - it was dirty. We walked into the hall from the parking lot and could immediately smell some type of odor, and when we entered our room, we immediately realized how dirty the place was. The smell was better, but a different kind of odor in our room. The table was greasy and had crumbs on it (meaning it was not cleaned), there were Fruit Loops in the pantry, the menu was laying on the coffee table and it had hair and dirt/grime all over it. Underneath the bed, there was chips, popcorn, hair ties, etc. It was just dirty. We got switched to another room, which was slightly better, but I would never bring my family to stay here again. I needed to leave an honest review, especially in light of the PANDEMIC, about how dirty and unacceptable the rooms were.

Good location, very clean, nice staff, and good price.

Upon arrival I was informed no rooms were Available I had to go check into another hotel very disappointing and inconvenient

It was quiet. It was grungy. ‘Sorry, we’re cheap,’ is the front-counter service quote with no meal ( not even a ‘grab & go’) option. I had higher expectations for this area:(.
