Our stay was great! The Oaks was having maintenance issues so we were given accommodations at the Hilton. We were given an upgrade as we checked in to a 2 bedroom, so a definite bonus! Our view was amazing 👏 Everything was great from our arrival to our departure.

It was a wonderful stay… it was close to everything, falls ,Clifton Hill , and restaurants.. the room we had was clean, and comfortable ..there was gift shops, wine store, pizza and ice cream all in the Motel! I’d go back!!

Transferred to Hilton from Oakes due to a plumbing issue..was told by Hilton before I arrived that my view I paid for would be accommodated with a view of Niagara Falls from my windows.. (see photos)…literally waited 40 minutes to check in due to no staff to accommodate check in guests…however your parking garage staff were amazing and incredibly helpful and polite when I told them I was a disabled Army veteran.. I will never utilize Hilton again!!!!

We could not stay at this property because of some plumbing issues. They did however set us up in the Hilton, which was very nice and right down the road. I don't know anything about the hotel since we didn't stay there, but the customer service was great.
