Ramada by Wyndham Hola Culiacan

I stayed at the Ramada Friday, Nov.1 and Sat Nov. 2 the first night the room they gave me the bathroom had no toilet seat cover and the bathroom looked dirty. The room looked old and dingy. I was able to get a room change. The room I was moved into wasn’t much better but the toilet had a complete seat cover although it was stained of yellow... We got in late and wanted to watch a little TV but the TV was not working . They had the maintenance man come take a look. But he said he couldn’t do anything because he didn’t have a screw driver and offered to switch us rooms again. We informed the lobby of how old and decrepit there rooms looked and asked that when we come back on Tuesday our suite be in better condition than what had given us the last two nights. When we returned to check in for our last night there and we reserved a Suite... The room was horrible. The couch was old and torn. The chair in the room was filthy and torn. I took a picture and asked the front lobby if this was what they offered people. Of course she said no and ask that I fill out a survey card to give to management. I had stayed in the Ramada last year and had a totally different experience.

Property is OUTDATED needs a lot of repairs Room was RUN Down, Not clean and dusty as I have Allergies I can feel the dust.

Terrible customer service. They did not respect the reservation. They over bucket the rooms. They did not give a solution and try to charge more. They blame expedia for the lack of compromise.

Excellent bed. Shower was good. Good location. Good breakfast.

Not the greatest but it’s ok. I would stay there again. It’s clean but dated

Everything was excelent. Staff was helpful when asked a question. The location is great you have everything walking distance

Surprisingly unclean for a Ramada hotel. Elevator was not working so very inconvenient. Overall OK

What I liked was that the property was in the Centro close to everything. But everything was outdated and it smelled old, the staff would forget things when asked for something and the morning buffet was not good at all
