Nice central hotel, will stay again.
Check in was a little bit slow, feel it may have been newer staff so no terrible. Layout of room could be a little bit better in particular in the living area/ kitchenette. Also adding a mirror in the lobby area area just outside the bathroom allows for both parties to get ready at the same time. Overall though would be a nice place for a few days stay. Would like aome kind of writing material on the desk perhaps. And i do like a little booklet on the hotel and its services also available in the room but that was lacking. Breakfast was good. Would like bacon but others wise was a nice choice.

Scammers
Sleazy corrupt hotel that charges you for pillow thief when you didn't take pillow. No response from manager for 6 weeks and 4 phone calls to rectify. Shala with hotel who wouldn't provide last name said nothing she can do l "stole" pillow. Charged $89.00 with no prove even though there are cameras everywhere. Don't stay at this scam hotel.

There was severe damage to the door to the bathroom, it had been wet and rotted at the bottom and the hinges were severely corroded. Other than that, everything else was good.

Did the job. I had a good sleep.
Stay was good. The facilities are updated, the room was clean and in good shape and I was comfortable. Nice that there were power plugs and USB power easily accessible on the bedside table. Not always easy to find power at bedside without hunting or unplugging a clock or lamp. Had a good stay and staff were friendly.

This whole experience started poorly when the hotel took payment with no authorization. I had selected the option to pay at property and they kept changing their minds on what the money was for and how much I owed. I checked the booking site and the actual hotel site for the "policies" they kept spouting and could find nothing. The rooms were nice and clean but the breakfast was very dissapointing as most days wed come down and there would be nothing available from the hot food section. The pool is nice but the hot tub jets were broken and there was never any towels available. I will NEVER stay here again.

We may have had a one time experience, morning front desk crew was excellent however the night crewleft alot to be desired. At $190 a night i expected better. For one, cleaner towels initially(2 were dirty) and when asking for towels i expect at least 4 for a family of 4 not 3. Fridge was sticky with i assume pop. Hot tub and shower needed repairs as they barely worked, singular change room, pool is ok but only 5 ft deep at most and small enough you get splashed if anyone uses the water slide. Towels at the pool are in a ratio of 1 per 5 guests and when asking for towels it takes up to 2 hours for less than 1/4 of what you need if they even show up. Door didnt close properly but sounded like it locked so always give it a pull/push when they close. We had no soap in the bathroom instead we had two small bottles of conditioner the first day and a bottle of shampoo and conditioner the second. The beds were comfy and made daily. Breakfast included was good except the other patrons who would nearly bowl you over to get to the bacon tray regardless of whether or not you were in line (comical but rude) food had a good selection for a complimentary but the attendant had no idea what the ingredients were nor allowed us to even see a package to discerne(understandable), coffe was good. Close to transit if you werent driving. Again, the morning staff on checkout were amazing(didnt catch their names unfortunately)
